• Order cancellation can be requested through an email: email@example.com or through helpline number: +91 8008003620, +91 8886003737 providing the order ID and reason for the cancellation.
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• Customer refused to take the delivery, cancellation would not be applicable incase of perishable products, like flowers, cakes, food, Chocolates etc.
The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
• The specific product/model is out of Stock.
• The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
• On customers request (Within 12hrs of placing the order).
• The shipping address is not available.
• Any other reason beyond the control of merchants or Vizagfood
